DRIVING MALLORCA

The Club and Escudería for Driving Enthusiasts and
Owners of Performance and Singular Vehicles in Mallorca.

Driving Mallorca was created in 2014 to organise meet-ups, road trips and spirited drives with stops or lunches at great locations around the island. In 2015 we set up the Escuderia Driving Mallorca to be able to organise rallies and other sporting events in the Balearic Islands.

In 2020 the club was reinvented as Gentlemen Driving and later became Gentlemen Motoring, acheiving international acclaim while organising track days, rallies, concourse d’elegance and events in Spain and Europe during and after the Covid pandemic.

In January 2023, following the illness of our main organiser, we decided to return to our roots and concentrate our efforts locally. Members come from a varying background and include business and yacht owners, locals and expats or come from the yachting industry. Some are involved in specialist car building, racing or tuning. Members’ cars range from a Ferrari 512S that featured in the film Le Mans – to a Ford Model T. In between there are a swathe of iconic cars from companies such as AC, Alfa Romeo, Ariel, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Fiat, Ford, Jaguar, Lancia, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, MG, Nissan, Porsche, TVR, Spyker, Triumph (and even a Tuk Tuk from Thailand).

Members include the Balearic Rally Champion Nadal Galiana, several times Spanish regularity winners and brothers Jaime and Enrique Carbonell, the main organiser of Mallorca Car Week, Dr Roman Hummelt and the organiser of the Rally Isla Mallorca and the 550 Challenge Mallorca / rally driver, Toni Dezcallar.
